Inspired by the elegance of E=mc², where small inputs yield massive outputs through a squared constant, our equation distills a profound truth in physiology: Efficiency (E) in overcoming challenges like infections equals Fortitude (F)—the adaptive strength of immune responses—multiplied by Vitality (V) squared.
Vitality here encompasses the enabling infrastructure of health, such as endothelial function, microcirculation, and metabolic integrity. Why squared?
